Ok, la qualit\u00e9 de l'air est mauvaise. Dois-je reporter ma sortie running, est-ce que \u00e7a va s'am\u00e9liorer dans les prochaines heures, dans les prochains jours, est-ce que je devrais aller courir en int\u00e9rieur, est-ce que je dois porter un masque ? Est-ce pire de ne pas faire de sport du tout, ou de faire du sport lorsque l'air est pollu\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La premi\u00e8re fois que j'ai pris en compte le niveau de pollution pour d\u00e9cider si et quand aller courir, c'\u00e9tait pendant l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2018, quand je vivais \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/run-and-roll.com\/fr\/where-to-run-in-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paris<\/a>. La France traversait une vague de chaleur (comme chaque \u00e9t\u00e9 maintenant), et la capitale \u00e9tait en alerte ozone. J'entendais et lisais partout qu'il fallait \u00e9viter de faire du sport dehors \u00e0 cause des risques d'irritation, respiratoires et cardiovasculaires. Je me souviens \u00eatre all\u00e9e courir le soir vers 21h (il faisait encore anormalement chaud), en esp\u00e9rant \u00e9viter le pic de pollution et en respirant par le nez (ce qui \u00e9tait assez difficile dans le parc des buttes Chaumont).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Malheureusement, \u00e7a n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 ma seule exp\u00e9rience avec la pollution de l'air. J'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 m'int\u00e9resser s\u00e9rieusement \u00e0 la question apr\u00e8s m'\u00eatre install\u00e9e \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/run-and-roll.com\/fr\/where-to-run-in-hanoi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hano\u00ef<\/a>, ville souvent class\u00e9e dans le top 5 des villes les plus pollu\u00e9es du monde. J'ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des niveaux de pollution alarmants \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/run-and-roll.com\/fr\/where-to-run-in-kampala\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kampala<\/a>, \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/run-and-roll.com\/fr\/where-to-run-in-dakar\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/run-and-roll.com\/where-to-run-in-dakar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dakar<\/a>, et dans une moindre mesure, \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/run-and-roll.com\/fr\/where-to-run-in-casablanca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casablanca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Faut-il pour autant renoncer \u00e0 faire du sport en ext\u00e9rieur dans les villes pollu\u00e9es ? Voici des conseils pour survivre sans sacrifier votre sport pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, bas\u00e9s sur mon humble exp\u00e9rience. Je vous pr\u00e9sente simplement une compilation de ce que j'ai pu trouver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Bon, je vais essayer de ne pas \u00eatre trop longue, mais il est essentiel de conna\u00eetre quelques bases sur la pollution de l'air et ses effets sur la sant\u00e9 (pour \u00e9viter de courir \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des bouchons comme le font les Ougandais, surtout quand les voitures datent des ann\u00e9es 90).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">On peut classer les polluants en deux cat\u00e9gories : les PM10 et les PM2.5, qui diff\u00e9rencient les particules fines (Particulate Matter en anglais) en suspension dans l'air. Les PM10 sont de 10 microns ou moins et les PM2,5 de 2,5 microns ou moins. Plus la particule est petite, plus elle est difficile \u00e0 filtrer, plus elle peut p\u00e9n\u00e9trer profond\u00e9ment dans vos poumons et plus elle est dangereuse. Elles proviennent principalement des gaz d'\u00e9chappement, des industries, de la combustion du charbon de bois et du bois (beaucoup de gens dans les pays asiatiques et africains cuisinent encore au charbon de bois, en Europe les chemin\u00e9es sont des grosses \u00e9mettrices de particules fines en hiver).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Quels sont les risques pour la sant\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la pollution ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Les probl\u00e8mes respiratoires :  \u00e0 court terme, un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de pollution favorise le d\u00e9veloppement de sympt\u00f4mes respiratoires tels que la toux, l'asthme, l'irritation des poumons. A long terme, l'exposition \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de particules fines augmente significativement la probabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper des cancers du poumon (de 22%, selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/pdfs\/journals\/lanonc\/PIIS1470-2045(13)70279-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cette \u00e9tude<\/a>). C'est pourquoi l'OMS a class\u00e9 la pollution de l'air comme canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne certain pour l'homme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Maladies cardio-vasculaires : des chercheurs ont montr\u00e9<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/ww3.arb.ca.gov\/board\/books\/2007\/052407\/07-5-1pres.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a><\/sup> qu'un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de particules fines est li\u00e9 \u00e0 des risques plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de souffrir de maladies cardio-vasculaires (thrombose, accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral, crise cardiaque...) Cela s'explique par le fait que les particules fines favoriseraient un raidissement et une r\u00e9duction du diam\u00e8tre des art\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et qu'en est-il de la course \u00e0 pied (me direz-vous) ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Bon, la bonne nouvelle est que l'activit\u00e9 physique, la plupart du temps (comprenez : dans un environnement pas trop pollu\u00e9), r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les risques de maladies cardio-vasculaires et de probl\u00e8mes respiratoires (ouf !). Le probl\u00e8me est que, lorsqu'il s'agit d'environnements \u00e0 forte concentration de polluants, les \u00e9tudes sont rares et quelque peu controvers\u00e9es pour d\u00e9terminer si l'activit\u00e9 physique \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence mod\u00e9r\u00e9e ou \u00e9lev\u00e9e (comme la course \u00e0 pied) r\u00e9duit ou amplifie ces risques. En d'autres termes, les effets positifs de la course \u00e0 pied compensent-ils les effets n\u00e9gatifs de la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique sur la sant\u00e9, ou au contraire, l'activit\u00e9 physique les aggrave-t-elle ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">L'activit\u00e9 a\u00e9robie, y compris la course \u00e0 pied, vous expose davantage \u00e0 la pollution de l'air pour plusieurs raisons : vous respirez beaucoup plus fr\u00e9quemment et inhalez une quantit\u00e9 d'air beaucoup plus importante, vous respirez plus profond\u00e9ment, ce qui fait que les particules p\u00e9n\u00e8trent plus profond\u00e9ment dans vos poumons, et vous respirez (la plupart du temps) par la bouche, alors que le nez peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 filtrer certaines des plus grosses particules. Youpi ! Et ces effets sont plus importants chez les femmes qui pratiquent la course \u00e0 pied (double youpi !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Les effets n\u00e9fastes de la pollution peuvent-ils donc annuler ou surpasser les bienfaits de l'activit\u00e9 physique ? Le d\u00e9bat est toujours ouvert. Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par des chercheurs de Hong Kong<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/31504557\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2<\/a><\/sup> en 2019 n'a pas trouv\u00e9 de causalit\u00e9 entre l'activit\u00e9 physique et les effets n\u00e9gatifs sur la sant\u00e9 dans un environnement pollu\u00e9. L'activit\u00e9 physique serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique ind\u00e9pendamment de la qualit\u00e9 de l'air. Cependant, la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e en 2021 par des chercheurs cor\u00e9ens<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/eurheartj\/advance-article\/doi\/10.1093\/eurheartj\/ehab139\/6189959\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3<\/a><\/sup> d\u00e9montre bien que pour les jeunes adultes (20-39 ans) expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de pollution de l'air (49,92 et 26,46 \u03bcm\/m3 ou plus pour les PM10 et les PM2,5 respectivement), une augmentation de l'activit\u00e9 physique \"\u00e0 plus de 1000 MET-min\/semaine, ce qui est plus que les niveaux recommand\u00e9s au niveau international pour l'activit\u00e9 physique, pourrait avoir des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire (MET = \"metabolic equivalent task\"). Il s'agit d'un r\u00e9sultat important qui sugg\u00e8re que, contrairement aux personnes d'\u00e2ge moyen de plus de 40 ans, une activit\u00e9 physique excessive n'est pas toujours b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire des jeunes adultes lorsqu'ils sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des concentrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es de pollution atmosph\u00e9rique.\" En revanche, l'\u00e9tude montre qu'une augmentation de l'exercice physique dans un environnement faiblement ou mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment pollu\u00e9 r\u00e9duit le risque de d\u00e9velopper des maladies cardio-vasculaires. Les chercheurs concluent que lorsque les niveaux de pollution sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s, faire plus d'exercice que ce qui est recommand\u00e9 (500-999 MET-mins\/semaine selon la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de cardiologie) \"peut compenser ou m\u00eame inverser les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Bonne nouvelle, 1000 minutes d'activit\u00e9 physique par semaine laissent une bonne marge pour faire du sport. En effet, m\u00eame si cela inclut non seulement des sports comme la course \u00e0 pied, le v\u00e9lo (m\u00eame lentement), mais aussi la marche \u00e0 un rythme soutenu, la plupart d'entre nous (aficionados de la course \u00e0 pied) ne d\u00e9passeraient probablement pas ces 1000 min\/semaine. Par exemple, m\u00eame si je me rends au travail \u00e0 pied en marchant environ 45 min par jour, 5 jours par semaine, \u00e0 un rythme soutenu, que j'ajoute deux s\u00e9ances de course \u00e0 pied et une heure de natation, plus deux ou trois s\u00e9ances de renforcement musculaire (\u00e0 condition que cela compte comme MET), je me situe aux alentours de 500 MET-min\/semaine (encore ouf !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Quoi qu'il en soit, m\u00eame si la causalit\u00e9 entre pollution de l'air, l'activit\u00e9 a\u00e9robie et augmentation du risque de maladies cardio-vasculaires et respiratoires n'est pas encore tr\u00e8s claire, soyons prudents et prot\u00e9geons-nous. Vivre dans un environnement pollu\u00e9 reste pr\u00e9judiciable dans tous les cas, activit\u00e9 physique ou non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Donc c'est quoi le plan ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courir dans une ville pollu\u00e9e : solutions test\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Surveiller le niveau de pollution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Je dirais que le premier r\u00e9flexe \u00e0 avoir lorsqu'on vit dans une ville pollu\u00e9e est de v\u00e9rifier le niveau de pollution avant d'aller courir. \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque, \u00e0 Hano\u00ef, je mettais \u00e0 jour l'application une centaine de fois par jour pour savoir si je pouvais y aller, de 7h \u00e0 22h, et de m\u00eame \u00e0 Kampala (\"seulement\" dix fois par jour).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">O\u00f9 trouver des donn\u00e9es (fiables) sur la pollution de l'air ? Le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iqair.com\/world-air-quality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IQAir<\/a> et son application mobile correspondante fournissent des donn\u00e9es sur la pollution de l'air dans un grand nombre de pays du monde entier, provenant de nombreux contributeurs locaux diff\u00e9rents. \u00a0Le score affich\u00e9 est le r\u00e9sultat de l'addition des PM2,5 et des PM10. Vous pouvez \u00e9pingler vos lieux favoris sur la page d'accueil, partager votre localisation pour obtenir les donn\u00e9es les plus proches, et configurer vos diff\u00e9rents environnements (domicile, travail, environnement ext\u00e9rieur) pour surveiller votre exposition quotidienne \u00e0 la pollution. IQAir fournit \u00e9galement des recommandations (fermez vos fen\u00eatres, ne faites pas de sport, etc.) et un classement en temps r\u00e9el des villes les plus pollu\u00e9es dans le monde (mais POURQUOI la pollution \u00e0 Hanoi est-elle si \u00e9lev\u00e9e alors qu'\u00e0 Saigon c'est toujours mod\u00e9r\u00e9 \ud83d\ude12). Cependant, lorsque vous vivez dans une petite ville et\/ou dans certaines parties du monde (comprenez en Afrique), les contributeurs et les sources de donn\u00e9es sont moins nombreux (la plupart du temps, il n'y a que l'ambassade am\u00e9ricaine qui poss\u00e8de un capteur) et les donn\u00e9es ne sont pas mises \u00e0 jour aussi souvent. Dans ce cas, IQAir fournit une estimation satellitaire de la pollution de l'air, qui n'est pas aussi pr\u00e9cise que les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es avec des capteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div Ouganda, un projet local men\u00e9 par l'universit\u00e9 de Makerere fournisse des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el sur la qualit\u00e9 de l'air, via l'application mobile AirQo (update juillet 2023 : les donn\u00e9es issues de AirQo sont maintenant directement publi\u00e9es sur l'application IQAir !). De nombreux capteurs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s \u00e0 Kampala, et quelques-uns dans les villes r\u00e9gionales. De nouveaux d\u00e9ploiements sont en cours et devraient continuer dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir en Ouganda et dans d'autres grandes villes africaine, notamment \u00e0 Nairobi, Accra, Bujumbura et Lagos. Comment je l'utilise ? En fait, \u00e0 Kampala, il est possible d'estimer le niveau de pollution en regardant par la fen\u00eatre. Si le \"brouillard\" est si \u00e9pais que vous ne pouvez pas voir la colline d'en face, c'est pas bon signe. Quoi qu'il en soit, je v\u00e9rifie toujours le niveau de pollution de la zone o\u00f9 je cours quelques heures et minutes avant ma sortie : si c'est orange, rouge (ou violet \ud83d\ude22), je n'y vais pas ! session<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Quelques recommandations en apparence assez basiques et de bon sens, mais toujours bonnes \u00e0 rappeler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, \u00e9vitez les heures de pointe, disons 6h30\/7h-9h et 17h-19h. Plus facile \u00e0 dire qu'\u00e0 faire (je sais !) quand on travaille toute la journ\u00e9e. Si vous pouvez courir pendant la pause d\u00e9jeuner, si vous \u00eates un l\u00e8ve-t\u00f4t (mais alors tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t) ou si vous pouvez aller courir le soir (mais pas trop tard !), ce sont probablement les meilleures options. \u00c0 Kampala, les dimanches sont parfaits car le il y a peu de circulation, et la pollution est souvent moindre. Sinon, en semaine, je vais souvent apr\u00e8s le travail, c'est-\u00e0-dire vers 18h \ud83d\ude15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">On pourrait penser que la meilleure id\u00e9e est d'aller courir pendant la nuit. En effet, il y a moins de circulation, il fait moins chaud. Mais dans les villes tr\u00e8s pollu\u00e9es, on constate en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 souvent une augmentation du niveau de pollution de l'air d\u00e8s que la nuit tombe. Pourquoi ? D'abord, parce que lorsque la temp\u00e9rature diminue, l'air reste bloqu\u00e9 au niveau du sol (alors qu'avec la chaleur, l'air monte et se m\u00e9lange...).<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.openaccessgovernment.org\/atmospheric-science-air-pollution-at-night\/110484\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">4<\/a><\/sup>). Ensuite, parce que la plupart des plantes stoppent leur processus de photosynth\u00e8se en l'absence de lumi\u00e8re : elles n'absorbent plus de CO2 pour rejeter de l'oxyg\u00e8ne. Enfin (\u00e7a d\u00e9pend de la ville, mais c'\u00e9tait notamment le cas \u00e0 Hano\u00ef), beaucoup de poids lourds circulent, et certains chantiers de construction ont lieu pendant la nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Concernant le parcours, mieux vaut \u00e9viter au maximum les grandes avenues o\u00f9 \u00e7a circule beaucoup pour privil\u00e9gier les petites rues, ou si ce n'est pas possible (\u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 il faut parfois prendre ces grandes rues), essayer de rester le plus loin possible des voitures. En effet, les particules ont plut\u00f4t tendance \u00e0 stagner autour de la zone o\u00f9 elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mises. Rien qu'en restant sur le trottoir (l\u00e0 encore, ce n'est pas toujours possible dans les villes africaines), on r\u00e9duit d\u00e9j\u00e0 consid\u00e9rablement la quantit\u00e9 de polluants inhal\u00e9e. Et si vous vivez dans une ville avec des collines,montez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En ce qui concerne la s\u00e9ance elle-m\u00eame, courir \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e r\u00e9duit le d\u00e9bit et la fr\u00e9quence respiratoires. On oublie donc le fractionn\u00e9 (eh oui, m\u00eame si \u00e7a vous d\u00e9chire le c\u0153ur) les jours de forte pollution. Faire des pauses pour marcher peut parfois \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9duire la fr\u00e9quence respiratoire. Quand je courais \u00e0 Hano\u00ef, j'ai progressivement appris \u00e0 respirer par le nez (le nez filtre les plus grosses particules et c'est un bon moyen de s'assurer que l'on ne respire pas trop profond\u00e9ment ni trop vite). Essayez en d\u00e9but de s\u00e9ance, ou dans les descentes, comme moyen de r\u00e9duire la fr\u00e9quence respiratoire. Encore une fois, plus facile \u00e0 dire qu'\u00e0 faire 'surtout si on n'habite pas dans une ville plate). On ne se met pas  courir un 10 km en respirant par le nez du jour au lendemain. Sont tous des gros \u00e9metteurs de particules fines en Afrique.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Porter un masque<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Oui, c'est pas vraiment comme \u00e7a qu'on aime courir. Et c'est pas tr\u00e8s styl\u00e9 (m\u00eame si c'\u00e9tait toujours asse dr\u00f4le de voir l'incompr\u00e9hension des Ougandais que je croisais). Je porte un masque anti-pollution pour aller courir en dernier recours, si on traverse un \u00e9pisode de plusieurs jours de pollution \u00e9lev\u00e9e, sans espoir d'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l'air \u00e0 court terme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Mais tous les masques ne sont pas adapt\u00e9s au sport. D'abord, le masque doit \u00eatre efficace en termes de filtration des particules (oubliez les masques covid et les masques chirurgicaux faits maison, ils sont totalement inutiles). Choisissez un masque certifi\u00e9 FFP2 ou FFP3 (qui filtrent respectivement 95% et 99% des particules fines, N95 et N99 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, KN95 en Chine) qui s'adapte \u00e0 votre morphologie pour \u00eatre le plus \u00e9tanche possible et emp\u00eacher l'air de rentrer. Le deuxi\u00e8me crit\u00e8re pour choisir son masque doit \u00eatre la respirabilit\u00e9. Le plus souvent, ces masques disposent de valves pour faciliter la respiration et assurer une filtration plus efficace. \u00c9videmment, on ne peut pas courir \u00e0 la m\u00eame vitesse que d'habitude (on oublie le fractionn\u00e9 et les s\u00e9ances en c\u00f4tes). Aussi respirant que puisse \u00eatre un masque, on a toujours plus de mal \u00e0 respirer, on est plus facilement essouffl\u00e9, on transpire davantage. Privil\u00e9giez les masques \u00e0 deux valves, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour le sport, qui vous permettent de retirer (et de changer) facilement le filtre pour laver la partie externe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Je n'ai pas de marque sp\u00e9cifique  recommander, j'utilise un <a href=\"https:\/\/respro.com\/store\/product\/ultra-light\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Respro Ultralight<\/a> et j'en suis assez contente, m\u00eame si je l'utilise surtout au quotidien (pour marcher jusqu'au travail le matin, prendre un moto taxi...) plus que pour courir (encore une fois, la meilleure solution reste d'y aller quand la qualit\u00e9 de l'air est \"raisonnable\"). J'ai en fait d'abord cherch\u00e9 un masque anti-pollution \"en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\" qui soit efficace et r\u00e9utilisable. Si je pouvais l'utiliser pour faire du sport, tant mieux. Le masque est assez respirant (en prenant en compte le niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de poussi\u00e8re et d'humidit\u00e9 de Kampala\/Casablanca), bien que m\u00eame en marchant, \u00e7a reste assez difficile de respirer par le nez (si vous avez une narine bouch\u00e9e, oubliez tout de suite). L'avantage de ce masque est qu'il ne poss\u00e8de pas d'\u00e9lastiques derri\u00e8re les oreilles mais un genre d'attache qui se ferme derri\u00e8re la nuque (\u00e7a assure une meilleure \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et \u00e7a fait moins mal). C'est un investissement initial assez cons\u00e9quent, mais le filtre dure plut\u00f4t longtemps (Tant que vous pouvez respirer sans trop forcer, pas besoin de le remplacer). Un bon conseil, faites en avance une r\u00e9serve de filtres de rechange, car en fonction d'o\u00f9 vous habitez, pas facile de se faire livrer (j'aurais aim\u00e9 remplacer le mien plus t\u00f4t, mais impossible de se faire livrer en Afrique, \u00e9videmment...)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Il existe d'autres bonnes marques que je n'ai pas test\u00e9es, comme Base Camp, Vogmask, Airinum, ou encore Frogmask et R-PUR (des Frenchies !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-5 is-layout-flex \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur lorsque c'est trop pollu\u00e9 dehors ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Comme d'habitude, \u00e7a d\u00e9pend. Les piscines et les salles de sport peuvent \u00eatre mal ventil\u00e9es. Mieux vaut \u00e9viter si elles sont situ\u00e9es pr\u00e8s d'une grande route ou d'une avenue o\u00f9 \u00e7a circule beaucoup. Enfin, surtout dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement (les gens n'ont pas conscience de la pollution de l'air et le danger qu'elle peut repr\u00e9senter), les fen\u00eatres des piscines et salles de sport sont souvent ouvertes, ce qui n'a aucun sens ! Mais si vous pouvez trouver un endroit moderne un peu \u00e0 l'\u00e9cart du trafic, alors \u00e7a peut effectivement \u00eatre une bonne option (m\u00eame si, franchement, courir sur un tapis est quand m\u00eame hyper ennuyeux nan ?).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Autre option, profitez d'une pause dans vos sports de plein air pour renforcer faire du renforcement musculaire (du tronc, des jambes...).
