Cela dit, essayer de nouveaux aliments et s'adapter aux habitudes alimentaires et aux produits locaux fait partie int\u00e9grante de la vie de voyageur et d'expatri\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Voici donc une s\u00e9lection de mes aliments locaux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s que je mange ou mangeais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans les diff\u00e9rents pays o\u00f9 j'ai v\u00e9cu en Europe, en Asie et en Afrique. Ces produits sont particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour les coureur.se.s et les athl\u00e8tes d'un point de vue nutritionnel, m\u00eame si, bien s\u00fbr, il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00eatre un athl\u00e8te de haut niveau pour en tirer parti. Bien que la plupart d'entre eux puissent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9s en Europe et ailleurs sous forme de produits import\u00e9s, j'ai choisi de me concentrer sur les produits cultiv\u00e9s localement et commun\u00e9ment trouv\u00e9s et consomm\u00e9s dans mes pays d'accueil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des super fruits !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Les super fruits sont des fruits exceptionnellement denses en termes de contenu nutritionnel. Ils sont particuli\u00e8rement riches en antioxydants, vitamines, min\u00e9raux, fibres et autres nutriments essentiels. S\u00e8ches, ce sont comme des petits bonbons naturels sucr\u00e9s et moelleux \u00e0 souhait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>L'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les coureur.se.s :<\/strong> Les dattes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es sont certes tr\u00e8s caloriques, mais elles sont bourr\u00e9es de nutriments. Comme elles contiennent principalement des glucides (essentiellement du fructose), elles constituent une bonne source d'\u00e9nergie rapidement disponible pour les sportifs. Elle contient aussi de bonnes quantit\u00e9s de min\u00e9raux comme le cuivre, le potassium et le mangan\u00e8se. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Quand est-ce que j'en consomme :<\/strong> au petit d\u00e9j, ou \u00e0 n'importe quelle heure en jus press\u00e9 au Maroc (un par jour \u00e0 Essaouira lol)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" cactus (le nopal au Mexique). Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, ce ne sont pas mes fruits pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s : pleines d'\u00e9pines \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, pleines de graines dures \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur et pas beaucoup de go\u00fbt (du moins celles que j'ai pu trouver dans les rues de <a href=\"https:\/\/run-and-roll.com\/fr\/where-to-run-in-casablanca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casablanca<\/a>). Mais bon, elles sont tr\u00e8s riches en nutriments essentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>L'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les coureur.se.s :<\/strong> Les figues de Barbarie sont riches en \u00e9lectrolytes essentiels comme le calcium, le potassium et le magn\u00e9sium. Elles contiennent \u00e9galement une bonne quantit\u00e9 de vitamine C. Enfin, les graines fournissent des acides gras insatur\u00e9s et polyinsatur\u00e9s essentiels, bons pour la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Quand est-ce que j'en consomme :<\/strong> J'avais l'habitude d'en acheter pendant l'\u00e9t\u00e9 et l'automne au Maroc. \u00c0 cette saison, on trouve partout des vendeurs ambulants qui les vendent. Le madd est de forme ovale, avec une peau orange \u00e9paisse et rid\u00e9e. En plus de pouvoir pousser dans des conditions climatiques difficiles, le fonio est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant d'un point de vue nutritionnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>L'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les coureur.se.s :<\/strong> Le fonio peut \u00eatre une bonne alternative au bl\u00e9 et au riz. Il est riche en prot\u00e9ines (environ 10g\/100g), mais son principal avantage est qu'il contient des vitamines B et, surtout, une grande quantit\u00e9 de min\u00e9raux comme le fer (100g de fonio couvrent la moiti\u00e9 de vos besoins quotidiens !), le calcium, le magn\u00e9sium et le zinc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Quand est-ce que j'en consomme :<\/strong> Au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, j'en mange au petit d\u00e9jeuner (oui j'ai des petits dej bizarres selon les pays), en le pr\u00e9parant simplement comme un couscous instantan\u00e9 au micro-ondes. Le millet est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer le \u00ab kalo \u00bb, un des plats de base dans les r\u00e9gions du nord et de l'ouest de l'Ouganda, qui est l'\u00e9quivalent du \u00ab posho \u00bb pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ailleurs avec du manioc (connu sous le nom d'\u00ab ugali \u00bb en Tanzanie et au Kenya). Il contient environ 40 g de prot\u00e9ines pour 100 g, ce qui est bien sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 toute autre source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et m\u00eame \u00e0 la viande.
